2011 FAIR A HUGE SUCCESS

18TH ANNUAL MBS BIRD FAIR MARCH 31st, 2012

Fair Vendors,

              I would like to extend an invitation to you to be a part of Michiana Bird Society’s18th Annual Bird Fair to be held March 31, 2012 at the Mishawaka F.O.P. Lodge #91 located at 1825 East 12th Street, Mishawaka, IN.

We know the attendees come to see you the vendors. It is your birds, toys and related items which draws them to our fair each and every year. We would not be successful without you and we hope you all did well.

Your professionalism toward the attendees did not go unnoticed. All communications we have received from attendees and vendors since the fair have been wonderful. Every comment made was positive, grateful and openly looking forward to next year.

We are very pleased to be able to report “record breaking attendance” and “record breaking raffle income”. We had over 1100 attendees’ because you bring quality merchandise for them to purchase.

We look forward to the 18th annual fair scheduled for March 31, 2012 at the same fine location. A printable contract is available by pressing the button below.

To simplify things for both of us we now have the ability to secure your space for the fair on our website through PayPal. Use the drop-down list to select your tables and press the payment button. If you desire multiple tables, change the quantity on the PayPal shopping cart.
