Dear Fellow Bird Enthusiast,

 

              I would like to extend an invitation to you to be a part of Michiana Bird Society’s 17th Annual Bird Fair to be held March 25, 2011 at the Mishawaka F.O.P. Lodge #91 located at 1825 East 12th Street, Mishawaka, IN.

We have had very positive responses from the public and from our past vendors about our fairs.  The comments from the public that we are hearing are about the quality of our vendors, their products, and the knowledgeable information that they are willing to share.  From the vendors we hear about the cleanliness of the F. O. P. , the helpfulness of club members, and the great accessibility of the building.

We have 1,000+ people come through the doors and those attending stock up on goods at this awesome event.

The facility is very clean, extremely well lit, with wide aisles.  It is also air conditioned or heated, depending on the weather.  There are no stairs and many vendor accessible doors for loading and unloading.  There is also a privately run concession stand on sight for your convenience.  If you are working your space alone, and would like refreshment or a personal break, feel free to ask any club member for assistance. 

We also provide donuts and coffee or juice during set up. 

Usually we are fortunate enough to have interviews on local TV channels, most times they do a live taping during the fair.  As always, we will be placing ads in many northern Indiana and southern Michigan newspapers.

Be advised that by the end of January normally all wall space and end tables are sold out, and within the next month the entire floor is sold with a waiting list.  Don’t delay.  Send your registration in promptly. We hope for your participation and appreciate your support. Won’t you consider joining us as one of our quality vendors.
